We help small businesses and organisations move from wondering what AI is for to using it for something that matters.
Our point of view
Agent Umber is built for SMEs and other relatively small organisations that want to operate better without taking on an expensive, vague transformation programme.
There is no single right way to adopt AI. We meet you where you are, work with the systems you already have and focus on making one useful improvement at a time.
Sometimes that means learning together. Sometimes it means building together. Sometimes you would rather hand over the technical work. All three are valid ways forward.
The experience behind the business
Before Agent Umber, the same practical approach was used to build products and improve real working systems. Here are a few examples from SkyStamper product development and freelance delivery.

Founder
My work has mostly been about solving problems rather than following a conventional software engineering path. I have worked across communications, campaigning, policy, data and technology, built my own web products and delivered technical work for clients.
I increasingly use AI-assisted development and automation to solve practical business problems. Agent Umber began with a mundane one: I was tired of finding and organising vendor invoices and receipts in email, so I used AI to help build a Google Workspace automation.
That showed me how much AI has lowered the technical barrier to fixing ordinary small-business problems. Start with something real, make it useful, then move to the next one: that is the idea behind Agent Umber.
What guides us
We care about a task getting easier, clearer or quicker. The technology is only as valuable as the work it improves.
People should know what an automation does, where it can fail and how to make a sensible change.
A good first step makes the next one easier. We build capability as well as individual solutions.
